  the location of hotel down small street is excellent with adjacent massage place, laundry and restaurants all recommended. short walk to beach down lane (and through peoples properties) which felt very safe even at night. stayed in duplex family room which were large and clean. 1 room did smell a bit musty at first but the smell went after a coupl... wat mensen zeggen » e of days. didnt have too many problems with noise from adjoining properties or rooms. found bed and pillows comfortable. breakfast is good with a lar - Poppa Palace provides a great service for the price you pay. All of the staff were fantastic and the bar man even suggested we go to the night market in Phuket Town which we thought was fantastic. He was also very friendly and chatted to us a lot as did the waitress. Our rooms were lovely and clean and maintained daily. There was quite a large selection for breakfast which I found surprising given the price of our stay. We were happy to follow all of the hotels rules and request as it makes

  Absolutely perfect! Staff very kind, always smiling, trying to speak English as much as they can, will help whenever you need them. Food great taste, quick service, they have nice pool, not big though, but the jacuzzi in it is great. we did not however try sauna cuz we were too busy going to beach ' please don't go to Patong beach, better pay tuk ... wat mensen zeggen » tuk or rent motorbike and go to Paradise beach' you'll see it's perfect and you won't regret it! All our honeymoon in Thailand was just so great that - Good location, peaceful area close to the beach and center Patong. Friendly staff, nice room and pool. The wifi worked well.

  The location is perfect in Patong, just a small walk from Bangla road, but also down a side soi so it feels a little removed. The staff are helpful and the facilities are great. We were upgraded to a deluxe room from a superior at no extra charge. The bed base was a little squeaky, but being in Patong we had a bit of a laugh about it. Other than ... wat mensen zeggen » that everything was great. Would stay at Gallery again, although I think Patong has gotten to be a bit much. - Good location, friendly staff. No internet but very cheap or just go to thé café opposite and have it for free. Clean rooms, quiet, with elevator.small balcony for the smokers Beach just 1 km away. Nightlife around the hotel but the street is very quite. Breakfast /lunch/dinner available at different locations close to the hotel.

  Had a great stay for 9 nights from the 1st Feb in the SM resort. I booked a suite in the 6th floor with balcony and was very large with a great design . Also benefited of a rooftop sunbathing terrace. Breakfast was ok , same as you find in other hotels . A supermarket next door which is handy. A pool in the hotel which I used once . A 15 -20 minut... wat mensen zeggen » e walk to the centre of Patong or a 5 min taxi ride away . Which all cost 200 THB which can add up during your holiday . Overall , I would stay there - Hotel is value for money..staff is friendly especially iris..was such a helpful n cheerful person..kudos to her n all the staff there for making it a pleasant stay for me and my friends..well done

  I liked hotel style, it was a bit old though. Rooms are big and very comfortable. Staff is very helpful and housekeeping was excellent. - Amazing pool. Sensational rooms. Very nice place to settle into Thailand.
