To arrive and get a complementary glass of fruit juice just makes the check in experience lovely . The best thing I would say about this hotel is Location,Location,Location. Just brillient. Rooms are lovely big enough for 3 people comfortably. Free wifi in lobby, Breakfast is great. Would definitely stay here again

The Nap!!!!! Loved everything about this Beautiful Hotel.. location, facilities, interiors, staff, basically everything.. The Hotel is different to a normal one, with an open reception and seating area. The location was just perfect, close to the beach, restaurants, shops, but yet away far enough from the noise to relax when back in the hotel. Staff were ever willing to help. Location was great - a short walk to the busy party street and around the hotel had plenty of places to grab a bite to eat. Room was cozy & air conditioner was surprisingly OK. Staff were nice but slow to act on requests (could be a common theme across Thailand). Fantastic roof top pool which is great to lounge around in if you've got a spare

The spa centre was well done and provided excellent service and value for money (sports massage highly recommended) rooms were big and the cleaners did a great job every day.New flat screen TVs in great position so you could watch the TV comfortably from your bed.Good location to be able to walk to the beach and the markets. -

Beach is amazing! Say in the superior room and get the best views of the beach. Quiet beach with beautiful water and very clean and not busy. Great for family's free shuttle bus into patong! Winning. PS do not get scared when you drive to the hotel and see tri trang multi colour building! It looks horrible but that's a different building!

I loved the location as I felt that the hotel was surrounded by
mountains. I loved the room as it came with an outdoor Jacuzzi and a
spacious balcony. We took the normal/basic room and it was really
spacious as it came with a kitchen, two compartments, the living and

Travelled with 3 friends, all 21 years old. Great place to stay,
definitely not a party hotel/resort which is a positive in my
opinion... Beautiful villas, we stayed in the 2 bedroom pool villa which
is the most expensive but worth every penny. Its not in the heart of
patong, taking about 5 minuts by taxi/tuktuk/motorbike but
patong district is disgusting so its good being set away abit! Hotel
staff are lovely.
