  Very friendly and helpful staff; pick-up service from the airport in a comfortable car with a very nice driver (at a reasonable extra cost); nice and clean room; best breakfast we had in Thailand (with REAL coffee! Usually, you are served instant coffe in hotels in Thailand), which was served at the uppermost floor with roof terrace; good location... wat mensen zeggen » = close to the old centre of Phuket Town. - Staff is really helpful when booking tours etc. You get 50% discount off the spa next door which was really good. Beds were massive and comfy. Nice shower and big rooms. Hotel is really good but the location and food let it down.

Hotel is new, clean and withing a walking distance from 7/11 :-). - Was only a one night stop-over before catching the ferry to PP next morning and served us perfectly well - even included breakfast too. Room was basic but comfy and clean.
