  The hotel is beautiful, and staff top notch. The attention to detail and special touches at every turn were outstanding. The pillows and bed were the most comfortable I have slept on in Thailand, I was ill for a day upon arrival,and spent the better part of a day in bed. You cannot believe how they pampered me. The breakfast was fabulous, by ... wat mensen zeggen » the second day they knew what kind of coffee my husband and I both wanted. The Manager and Assistant Manger both were visible and wonderful. I love - From the time we walked into the lobby were we greeted by the a friendly staff. The four days we were there the staff was always available to answer our questions. Things about the island, spa, food, excursions and the hotel. We are planning a visit in December and looking forward to the stay.

  The service and the people are beyond excellent. Very nice room ambiance and cleanliness. Beautiful environment. Worth the money. The food was exquisite. The view is breathtaking. A very relaxing place and peaceful. The restaurant Saffron is one of Thailands best. This place beats Four Season by far as we stayed at both resorts.

  The staff was very polite. When I arrived my room had an unusual odor. They changed my room right away without question. I had a very nice 4th floor with spectacular views. Tor at the poolside bar/restaurant was always so friendly and informative. there was always a smile along with most of the other staff. If I needed anything it was a phone call... wat mensen zeggen » away. The gym was ok', at least for a treadmill, a bike and an elliptical. Great supply of free weights. - Good location, away from the hustle n bustle of Chaweng, yet near to the other nature hotspots. The double bed was probably the biggest that we have seen so far!! Being bang on the beach was a great advantage...The facility was quite decent overall.

  It was a quick decision to book this resort but it was the most fantasitc place we had stayed for this trip in Thailand! Excelletn location excellent between Chawen Beach and Lamai Beach, riding a motocycle to either one takes less than 20 minutes. No private beach but with quiet and pleasant rocks to stay for a sunrise or diving. The room was bey... wat mensen zeggen » ond our expectation and with 270 degrees seaview, even in the bathtub.
