We cannot rate this Hotel highly enough. We stayed at the Beluga Hotel for 10 nights at the end of April. The lovely touches that this hotel has to offer make it stand out from any other you will find on the Island. The location ( we stayed at the mountain villa ). The view was breathtaking from our villa called the ''topmost''. Lots of stairs to climb in order to reach it but the view makes it all worth while. Plus the staff helps you with the luggage.
Very nice staff. Very easy to interract the owner by email ( in order to clarify any questions). Clean rooms, quiet surroundings. Very nice infinity pool with an amazing view. ( just like in the pics on letsbookhotel.com)

The staff was very polite. When I arrived my room had an unusual odor. They changed my room right away without question. I had a very nice 4th floor with spectacular views. Tor at the poolside bar/restaurant was always so friendly and informative. there was always a smile along with most of the other staff. If I needed anything it was a phone call

Good location, away from the hustle n bustle of Chaweng, yet near to the other nature hotspots. The double bed was probably the biggest that we have seen so far!! Being bang on the beach was a great advantage...The facility was quite decent overall.

It was a quick decision to book this resort but it was the most fantasitc place we had stayed for this trip in Thailand!
