  Location: if you want to spend time in very private way, close to sea, nature (monkeys!!!) but with not to many people around - it is excellent place. Simple, without any sophisticated facilities, but very close to the private beach, and also witt easy way to go to "civilisation". I strongly reccomend bungalow no 14.   The staff at Banyan Bay are fantastic, so friendly and helpful. They are all local people but the language was never a problem and and made arrangements for day trips and onward travel easily. They do charge for the pick up from the ferry at 250 Baht per person but you have a long tail to yourself so it seemed reasonable. The menu is simple but de... wat mensen zeggen » licious and well priced - and the kitchen are happy to modify any dish to your taste or dietary needs. With only four other Villas it meant the beach - The staff was so nice and accommodating. The breakfast and the rest of the food was encredible and so tasty.

  After 1 month of travelling in Thailand, we found this place the best to rest and have quality time for vocation. Starting with excellent sense of hospitality of family that work there, totally none touristic place without cars, nagging to pay and buy. We had a bamboo bungalow with mosquito net, 20 meters walking from the beach. Best restaurant... wat mensen zeggen » with really affordable price. Food was fresh, tasty and fantastic. Not so much to do on that island, but you can rent scooter or kayak. We were on a - Everything was great: the food, the atmosphere. Pure relaxation and a large touch with nature. It's a small family resort. They organized a trip for us to the island of Ko Lanta and mosquitoes Island for a reasonable price. The whole time we felt perfect and drove back with regret. I would recommend this place to people who wants to escape from civilization and just calm down ;) We really miss this island and resort. In 100% we back ther ;)
