  Good beach front location accessed from the rear of the property. Also ideal for shopping, restaurants and bars in this lively resort. Good poolside bar which also served food from the restaurant. Friendly staff. - The staff was very friendly, as we arrived they upgrade us to a villa that was awesome! The pool is very nice and have cool little... wat mensen zeggen » waterfall. Nice breakfast.   Een fantastisch hotel met geweldig goed personeel! Absolute aanrader! - Service is gemiddeld zoals andere hotels in Thailand. De ligging van het hotel is gepositioneerd aan het strand, waardoor ontbijten aan zee mogelijk is. Echter de ligging is ook tussen strandtenten en clubs, waardoor het rumoerig en/of druk kan zijn.

  I cannot fault Baan Haad Ngam at all. From the very second we arrived we were greated with wonderful service, smiles and the feeling of being in a magnificent resort. It was better then what we could have ever expected. Our next trip over to Koh Samui is already being planned and we intent to stay at BHN Resort again. It has everything. A quiet place for relaxation with good accessibility to places of entertainment and shopping, while all the necessary infrastructure is near the hotel. Delicious food, abundant and varied breakfasts. Nice Spa. What else do you need - + Everything was really good! + Location is quiet, but close to Chaweng's nightlife, 1,5 km along the beach;; + sea is clean and suitable for swimming (the only place at Chaweng where the water is not so shallow); + beach is very clean, no parked scooters, etc.; + great SPA with glass wall facing the sea; + complimentary fruits; + tasty food in restaurant with live music in the evening; + English-speaking staff, very polite and attentive to your needs.
