The property requires prepayment via PayPal or international bank transfer. Guests will receive a direct email from the property within 48 hours of booking with further instructions. To confirm the reservation, payment must be made within 48 hours once email is received. Please note that the price does not include electricity usage, which will be charged separately at the end of the stay. Electricity will be read by meter and charged at THB 7 per electrical unit. Water usage is charged at a total cost of 500 THB per stay. Towels and bed linens are provided and changed weekly. Please be informed that the villa is cleaned two times per week. Standard check-in time is 16:00 hrs and standard check-out time is 11:00 hrs. These times can be flexible subject to availability of the villa. The use of the villa is for registered guests only and has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. Please note that reservations from groups of guests under the age of 21 years are not accepted. A security deposit of THB 20000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
