  The hotel is very quaint and is located perfectly near main train station and old city. If you are looking for a conventional hotel and all it's amenities then Helvetia not for you. This is a boutique hotel and our room was the apartment, was great, and spacious. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The restaurant there is excellent... wat mensen zeggen » , breakfast lunch and dinner - Location was great, right outside downtown. Excellent roof top patio, and lovely restaurant. Darling rooms, with great decor, and reasonable price for Switzerland.

  The location was excellent, in the Zurich Old town, very close to shopping, and to Zurich hbf and Landesmuseum. Yet, for this location rather quiet. Friendly, helpful and professional staff. Although a city hotel, yet it feels personal. A manager or owner personally appeared in the breakfast room overlooking things, doing whatever needed doing and... wat mensen zeggen » talking to guests. The room was tiny, yet it felt small and cozy rather than cramped, the'd made their best of the available space. Interesting old t - The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. The bed was extremely comfortable. The free wifi was a real bonus as was the complimentary tea and coffee in the reception area. The breakfast room was beautiful and the service very good. The location was fantastic and thankfully the hotel is on the quieter side of the old quarter which meant that one wasn't disturbed by people coming out of the bars and cafés late at night.
