  Really well run, super mod, beautifully managed property. Small and charming. Expensive but rooms were spectacular as was service...so get what you pay for. - clean and spacious room, breakfast in room (no eating facility within hotel), customers receive prompt attention, nice and small so quiet and cosy.

Все хорошее, что я прочел в отзывах, полностью подтвердилось: и чудное месторасположение, и прекрасный, необычный модерновый дизайн, и предупредительный персонал, уборка номеров два раза в день - просто идеальная чистота и т.д. Отдельно... wat mensen zeggen » хочу сказать о ресторане и "зоне здоровья". Из 7 дней нашего пребывания в The Omnia мы ужинали в ресторане отеля 4 раза (а поесть мы любим!). Поверьт - The welcoming was absolutely grateful! They took a very good care of my arrival, although I arrived to Zermatt very late in the evening. They were kind enough to provide me with full information on train schedule and timing from Visp to Zermatt (that was very helpful indeed). The hotel itself is designed in a modern and very comfortable style. Staff were so professional and showed support all time.   Hotel Aristella was definitely more than what we expected!I called the Hotel from Train Station and the shuttle was there within no time.Location is central yet at a quiet and peaceful place.Its a family run hotel and the owner Mr.Bernard and Mrs.Katja Bernard were very friendly,accomodative and helpful.Their guidance about how to buy chocolates w... wat mensen zeggen » as very useful for us.Room was neat & clean with all the necessary amenities.Breakfast was delicious having wide variety of choices.We`ll definat - This was very exceptional experience, i felt like a family member visiting , not as a guest, the owners were always there , greeting and ready to help so were the staff , very kind and helpful.
