  Excellent hotel from A-Z. As a frequent traveler i don't get overexcited easily, but this hotel really deserves the max points. If you have the chance, take the suite having two balconies with direct view of the Matterhorn - awesome and worth every single buck.   Rooms were clean and comfortable. Our balcony had a view of the Matterhorn, as did the restaurant terrace. Good breakfast. On last day we were able to store luggage while we hiked, then use entry-hall bathrooms to clean up before getting on train. - Breakfast was very good, a wide arrangement of items to eat.   The indoor pool, heated jacuzzis and the steam and sauna rooms were really great! Could have spent a whole day there. Also, the complimentary afternoon tea-time snacks were so similar to St. Regis hotel in Singapore - free flow of juices and tasty exotic-looking cake. The views from the lobby, hotel room and restaurant etc were magnificent. - The hotel staff were very friendly and did their best to help us get the most out of our short stay. The hotel itself was modern but has also retained an old world charm that help create a comfortable feeling while enjoying the public spaces. The panorama from the rooms was also outstanding - I enjoyed every minute looking out from the balcony

  Good location (5 mins walk), after exit Zermatt train station we can see Germat... station, just asked where is MacDonald or walk award to the right. There is a lane after M, turn to this lane and walk a little bit to the corner then we can see this hotel.  I liked the building and design of the room are so beautiful with friendly receptionis... wat mensen zeggen » t and nice hot breakfast. Zermatt is a beautiful town with the traditional Swiss wooden houses style and around with mountains.  Love coming back - The hotel is located very close to the train station and it is possible to walk to the hotel, even with luggage. The rooms are spacious enough and nicely decorated with a huge balcony and flat screen tv. Coffee and tea making facilities are included. The private bathrooms have both bath and shower. Breakfast is standard and sufficient and the hotel staff is friendly and professional. The hotel deserves more that its three stars
