  Rooms were clean and comfortable. Our balcony had a view of the Matterhorn, as did the restaurant terrace. Good breakfast. On last day we were able to store luggage while we hiked, then use entry-hall bathrooms to clean up before getting on train. - Breakfast was very good, a wide arrangement of items to eat.   It was a great hotel, in a location close to the town [5 minutes walk]. It seems like the hotel is newly removated, so very clean, and modern. Much nicer than some other 4* more expensive hotels I have stayed in in Zermatt. I will definately be staying there again - The position of the hotel is close to the centre and 10-15 minutes from the Matte... wat mensen zeggen » rhorn Glacier Paradise cable car. Nice style of the hotel, rooms with wooden walls make really a "mountain" atmosphere. Our room had a balcony with gorgeous view on Matterhorn

  Good location (5 mins walk), after exit Zermatt train station we can see Germat... station, just asked where is MacDonald or walk award to the right. There is a lane after M, turn to this lane and walk a little bit to the corner then we can see this hotel.  I liked the building and design of the room are so beautiful with friendly receptionis... wat mensen zeggen » t and nice hot breakfast. Zermatt is a beautiful town with the traditional Swiss wooden houses style and around with mountains.  Love coming back - The hotel is located very close to the train station and it is possible to walk to the hotel, even with luggage. The rooms are spacious enough and nicely decorated with a huge balcony and flat screen tv. Coffee and tea making facilities are included. The private bathrooms have both bath and shower. Breakfast is standard and sufficient and the hotel staff is friendly and professional. The hotel deserves more that its three stars

  The staff were great - but in particular Veronica was extremely friendly and very helpful. The rooms were large and comfortable and the bathrooms enormous and very modern. The fixtures and fitting are clean and modern and wifi is available free of charge. The hotel is very centrally located, just a couple of minutes walk from the station - literal... wat mensen zeggen » ly, and very well positioned for getting around. Nb: The hotel entrance is set back from the pathway a little, so you have to keep an eye on the build - Excellent customer service from Veronica. 1) Knew our names even before we could speak at the reception 2) Took us to our room 3) Explained all facilities and amenities in the room & hotel 4) Patiently answered our queries about Zermatt and most importantly made us feel very comfortable and happy. The other staff member on the next day morning too was warm and friendly. The rooms are large, aesthetically and functionally designed, very high quality and finish. The location is excellent and

  Hotel looks very new and clean. Staff (owner,I think) is very nice and helpful. View of Matterhorn from the room took our breath away!! Breakfast is excellent. Beds, pillows and blankets are very comfortable!! Location is outside city center so really quiet and peaceful ^^ - WiFi worked properly, breakfast was small & not that good.
