  The service is no doubt "top notch". We were offered a ride to our restaurant nearby in their "in house" RR Phantom 6.. Now that's a treat.! I also liked that the mini bar is complimentary. Now that is really a good gesture as we are already paying top prix for the night. It was a lovely hotel with great views.. We needed a dentist while there and they arranged everything with the best dentist in town. We are planning our return trip for this winter.

  We arrived on the Glacier Express from Zermatt and the hotel has a phone link at the station so we called for someone to collect us (6 people). A small bus came very quickly and took us to the hotel which is situated in the centre of town. Cheerful staff checked us in and after hearing that I was celebrating my birthday sent a complementary fruit ... wat mensen zeggen » platter and bottle of champagne to our room. A lovely and most unexpected gesture! Our room was homely, spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and - The staff there are friendly and helpful. One of the female staff did help me a lot by providing information on the touring in St. moritz. Greatly appreciated. The breakfast there was tasted good and the facilities were good. The room was spacious and comfortable.

  Friendly and helpful staff, however you need to speak Italien or English. Breakfast and dinner buffet was great. Very reasonable priced good wines and other beverages. Rooms are a little outdated but the nice bath room makes up for it.   I felt comfortable with the room for us with two older children and birds singing in the morning . The breakfast and the dinner was fantastic. Staffs was nice and helpful. A bus no. 3 direct from train station to foot step. I recommend this youth hostel st moritz - -Clean and comfy room. -Breakfast was plain but good. -Communal showers and toilet... wat mensen zeggen » were clean -Very friendly, bubbly and welcoming girl at reception. Next morning the guy was excellent too - staff overall very helpful.
