  The Hotel is managed by family. Very warm welcome from the staff on train station which is free pick up by hotel. On arrival we have been received by owner of the hotel with very warm welcome. Offered water and tea immediately. The room is big and they offered us lake view. Free tea, coffee, cakes and water is available all the time. Breakfast was... wat mensen zeggen » good and very nice. They guide us very nicely where to roam in city and near by area. We asked two three times and they explained in detail every tim - Very courteous and friendly staff. The gentleman at the front desk updated my room to a lake view without me asking free of charge. Nice cozy decoration. The game room/tea room is very nice. You can listen to a variety of music while enjoying a warm cup of tea. Breakfast was amazing with great fresh fruit salad. Overall, had an amazing experience. Will definitely stay here again!

  Beautifully appointed spacious rooms. Super comfortable beds. Great location near tram so perfect for skiers. (Can ski in from lift). Lovely decorated hotel and exceptional customer service. Fast internet and extensive, delicious free breakfast. Also 4 course groumet dinner offered in dining room for very reasonable price.   In eerste instantie gemaakte fouten werden op een zeer goede manier opgelost. - The location of the hotel is great.You walk one minute and you are at the ski lifts. One more minute and you are at Yves Saint Laurent shop :)). Very close to the train station. The hotel has a shuttle bus. Excellent staff. In short we were very satisfied with the hotel and we got a very good deal at LetsBookHotel.com - The hotel was centrally located in the shopping district and the shuttle came to the train station quickly. We were upgraded to junior suites upon arrival, which was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were very, very spacious and comfortable. The bar facilaties, as well as breakfast were both wonderful.

  The room/apartment was large enough for a family of 5. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast room was lovely with big windows and a bit of a view. Breakfast spread (which consisted of cold cuts, cheese, bread, cereals, yoghurt, beverages & juice & fruit) was decent. Coop (a supermarket) was a less than 5-minute walk away. The hotel has a modern feel with a comfortable sitting area near the reception area. A modern lift transported us to our spacious room. The bathroom is clean and the shower is very modern. The bed and pillows are exceptionally comfortable. Wide screen T.v with 3 English channels. The subdued lighting in the room made reading a challenge.

The location is very close to the ski slopes via quick shuttle or 5-10 minute walk, but with a bit of fairly easy off piste skiing you can ski directly down to the hotel. Now that is really a good gesture as we are already paying top prix for the night. It was a lovely hotel with great views..
