  The hotel is located oposite Alpin Express so you can ski almost back to the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful and the owner Ivano was keen to accomodate our extra requests. The hotel is very clean and tidy. We also had dinner in the hotel and it works out to be the cheapest dinner in town as for CHF30 we had a four course meal with salad. ... wat mensen zeggen » The dinner needs to be prebooked in the morning. There is the Cesar ski rental next door and the guests of the hotel get 10% discount so there is no - Fast WIFI and located right next to the Alpin Express gondola lift. Not overpriced for half board meal option good value and saves on eating out. Nice bar. My second visit would return again.

  The Suite is with an excellent Matterhorn view. The staff is very friendly. A hotel employee met us at the station and drove us to the hotel. Impeccable cleanliness is maintained in the hotel - rooms are cleaned and towels are changed daily, linen is changed twice a week. The breakfast is very diverse and plentiful.   Excellent hotel from A-Z. As a frequent traveler i don't get overexcited easily, but this hotel really deserves the max points. If you have the chance, take the suite having two balconies with direct view of the Matterhorn - awesome and worth every single buck.   We brought our 10 month old twins, so travelling is always an ordeal. The staff was wonderful, and the room was traditional Swiss (which I loved!). Even though the hotel policies stated that there was a maximum of one babycot per room, there were two lovely wooden cribs set up for us when we arrived.   We loved everything! Beautiful room with a balcony, even a rack to dry the swim suits as we spent much time in the thermal pools just up the road. Beautiful buffet breakfast, delightful dinner, our best meal away. Again greeted by owners.
