  The staff was amazing. They promptly picked us up at the train station upon our arrival. We stayed there for seven days and where continually impressed! We had a few restaurants we wanted to eat at, but left the rest up to their recommendations. They made lunch and dinner reservations for us and every one was excellent!   The Staff are helpful and fast in assisting our request despite its main hotel Europe was shut down due to low season and only minimal staff were on duty during our staying period.
