  Very comfortable beds, clean room, ample sized bathroom. We had a smaller room near the stairs which was convenient but I heard everything. Staff was kind and spoke English and we were treated with respect. Free parking right next to the hotel. Would definitely go back - Central location, quiet, clean room and bed. The staff were excellent and helped me book train travel. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices.   A perfect Location, very calm and still not more then 5 minutes from the center, All was great the Hotel, the Staff, the Pool and welness facility, we will go back for sure.... Only Hotel Sonne in Zermatt - Excellent service, nice rooms, very generous spa area- everything was just perfect.

Enjoyed the English TV channels, WiFi worked perfectly. - Everything was good, but especially the friendliness of the staff who were available at all times during the stay.

  This is an outstanding little pearl of a small family-run mountain hotel, that we have had the pleasure of visiting for the second time. The service from the minute you check in to the moment you leave is of a very high standard and extremely personalised. You are greeted as a friend rather than a customer. And the views from most rooms and balconies are to die f - The lady who helped us at check-in, dinner, breakfast, and check-out was the most friendly person we met on our 2-week trip. The food was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a very cozy mountain-cabin feel to it.

  A superb little apartment. Its really well designed, modern facilities, clean and really comfortable. I loved sitting on the balcony, having a glass of wine in the evening, twinkly fairy lights on the balcony. Our apartment had a wonderful view of the Matterhorn. The apartment is a stones throw from the train station and all local amenities, a... wat mensen zeggen » fantastic location. Anita, the owner dropped by a couple of times and was entirely unintrusive and really friendly and knowledgeable. Some mention - On the main street and close to train station. The kitchen ware is well equipped.
