  The staff was amazing. They promptly picked us up at the train station upon our arrival. We stayed there for seven days and where continually impressed! We had a few restaurants we wanted to eat at, but left the rest up to their recommendations. They made lunch and dinner reservations for us and every one was excellent! The break - Modern, comfortable and cozy hotel with Matterhorn views. A short walk from the center, fine for us as we preferred the quieter location. The location might seem a bit far from the station, but they'll pick you up at the station, and there's an elevator from the hotel down to the city. Dinner is also good.

  Very good hotel we couldnt believe it is just a 3 star. Our stay here was very good, rooms very nice, clean and modern, breakfast was good, we would definatly come back to this hotel.
