  Our host was wonderful. Helpful, friendly, and cooked rosti for us on when it wasn't on the menu. Room was quite large with 2 bathrooms and a balcony. Comfortable bed, everything very clean. Films seems to be mainly a ski town. - Friendly staff, marvelous brakfast, view.

  Wonderful old hotel, completely refurbished to a very high standard. The staff were friendly, helpful and utterly delightful. Excellent buffet breakfast served in lovely surroundings. Free WiFi throughout the hotel, with a strong and reliable signal in the bedroom. I was upgraded to a superior room with balcony but even if I had not been the Edel... wat mensen zeggen » weiss would have been exceptional value for money. - We had the family room 1 and it was large and comfortable with two bedroom areas and a lounge/tv room. Bathroom was a good size with a large shower. The motel is quiet and peaceful with out road noise. Lockup bike room and access without stairs for luggage. Very happy and will stay there again.

  The room and bath were large and clean. Plenty of towels. After staying at some European hotels, the Ibis at Chur was a welcome place. The bus stop was right in front of the Hotel Ibis. The staff was helpful. I would stay there again. - We were lucky to have an excellent room on the 3rd floor with a balcony looking down the valley to mountains.   Beautiful hotel in great location with mountain views all round. It is very isolated - there is nothing there except the hotel. So it is perfect for a one-night stay or for hikers etc, but do not expect to find anything else. The staff are excellent and could not be more helpful. When we asked for a hypo-allergenic pillow it was immediately taken ... wat mensen zeggen » up to our room. The food in the restaurant was very nice, as was the atmosphere. Excellent breakfast. Wifi good downstairs. We will go back. - The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Quiet and restful would be good descriptors of the hotel. Amazing views, good hiking, fun sledding; a good place to retreat! Train was very handy, delicious food, ample breakfast.

  We stayed at La Furca for one night during a European road trip. It is more of a restaurant with rooms. A modern building, with functional, clean rooms. The restaurant is both inside and outside (this was summer). The food was excellent and the service first class. English is spoken, which helps. Plenty going on in the café/bar and terrace which forms part of the hotel. Everyone friendly and helpful. Accommodated dietary requirements. Good value.

  This hotel is perfect. We were rather dubious having read the other reviews but could not have been happier! This hotel was the second cheapest in chur but you could not tell! The beds were comfy and the bathroom and hotel itself was clean.   The location was perfect - less than 5 min. walking from the train station and the center of Davos. They also gave free tickets for the public transport and some discounts. - Close to train station / Jakobshorn gondola when open. Price was excellent value for money.
