  Consists of several apartments with shared bathroom & kitchen. The room I was moved to was excellent value for money. All round very clean, quiet (for city) and friendly staff. The area may seem seedy, but the city centre, where hotels cost double, is no better. There's a bus stop for the city centre round the corner wh - What i loved was the amazing breakfast which awaited me in the morning. I also liked the fact that our host sat down with us to open up and explain us things about the city. Finally, i LOVED the neighborhood, as its one of the only ones in zurich which i think still has character and at the same time is affordable. Good for travellers with a smaller budget who want to be in a vibrant neighborhood with bars, restaurants, and nice old school architecture

The location, while not excellent, is very good - the bus/tram station is right in front of the hotel, with a tram ride to the center taking 7 minutes. I had no trouble getting there even late in the evening. Excellent location close to Limmatoplatz which is a 5 min tram ride to the train station. The apartment building is modest but clean and modern. The rooms a bit sparse but again very functional in white and wooden flooring. A kitchenette is provided. Unlike some other reviewers we had no problem with check-in and there's free - My girlfriend & I stayed at Casa Heinrich during our stay in Zurich for my Birthday. The staff were friendly and polite, the rooms are clean and modern and (for Zurich) it was good value. The hotel is located very close to the main station but next to the west Zurich district, which is the 'trendy' part. It also has very good transport links and super easy access to the main town & old town. Location is perfect and in a very quiet area.

This is a boutique hotel and our room was the apartment, was great, and spacious. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.   The location was excellent, in the Zurich Old town, very close to shopping, and to Zurich hbf and Landesmuseum. Yet, for this location rather quiet. Friendly, helpful and professional staff. Although a city hotel, yet it feels personal. A manager or owner personally appeared in the breakfast room overlooking things, doing whatever needed doing and... wat mensen zeggen » talking to guests. The room was tiny, yet it felt small and cozy rather than cramped, the'd made their best of the available space. Interesting old t - The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. The bed was extremely comfortable. The free wifi was a real bonus as was the complimentary tea and coffee in the reception area. The breakfast room was beautiful and the service very good. The location was fantastic and thankfully the hotel is on the quieter side of the old quarter which meant that one wasn't disturbed by people coming out of the bars and cafés late at night.
