I was more than impressed with their service, and most of all with their courtesy.I travel often, and use hotels often. And I must say that this was by far one of the best serviced hotels. Thank you. - Wonderful service and the restaurant offers Sushi buffet are great so many different sushi dishes but it also not cheap. We enjoyed it very much.

  Prima en gastvrij - the Upgrade to a beautiful suite overlooking Zurich with a panoramic view. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. - Very co-operative and understandable counter staff (Beatriz). Extremely accomodative of our needs.
