  Service of all staff members was superb. Very relaxed, very friendly, and very attentive. We ate in the restaurant both nights and the food was excellent, with special meals made for the kids. My husband had a massage at the spa which was excellent. Family suite was dated in style but enormous with amazing views, and was ideal for our purpose... wat mensen zeggen » . Location near the station was great. - Very clean hotel, friendly staff, great location for winter sports (trainstation one minute walk from hotel), large spa area, breakfast buffet is sufficient, good value for money.

  Very comfortable with room to move. Kitchen was useful to do some cooking of meals. Very warm and reasonably close to the township of Grindewald. - Great location, close to mountain trains and cable cars. Great location for hiking nearby. Was an apartment with kitchen. Spacious.
