  The main advantage is the location - right by the beautiful Vogorno lake. Eating breakfast or dinner on the terrace overlooking the lake was wonderful. Most of the staff are very nice and helpful. The restaurant is good and serves great pizzas in decent prices. The rooms are clean and basic. And the hotel is very close to the Verzasca valley main ... wat mensen zeggen » attractions, as well as to Ascona and Locarno. - Fantastic location with a sublime drive to it. Parking on site. Lake view rooms really are just that with panoramic views Overlooking the lake. We ate in the restaurant downstairs which was popular with Italians from far and wide and we tasted why -25/30 euros per head for a starter, main and wine all freshly prepared. Staff were friendly and all in all for the price a great place.

  The hotel had recently been refurbished and was in excellent condition. The room was large and we had a balcony. There was plenty of parking in a secure area for guests only. The staff were helpful, when we requested an power plug adaptor and an iron they provided both straight away.
