The guy went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay at the richmond from the fruits, dates and nutts to going up to the room to make sure everything is up to the standard we expect from the richmond.   This location may not good for someone who try to stay more than one day in Geneva but just perfect for someone like us who only have one day here and have to catch up a early fight next morning. But it is still a nice location cause you could have a bus station with 3 min walking and the bus is directly goes to the city center. It is close to the airpoprt and the free transportation pass was awesome. The bus stop is nearby and the bus comes frequently. The hotel shuttle is very helpful; and makes your arrival and departure in Geneve quite simple and easy. The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. The rooms were a good/comfortable size and immaculate.

It is an airport hotel but the staff all worked hard to make sure that the stay was made as pleasant as possible. Good regular bus service to the airport. It is nearby (you can walk over the bridge if you know your way) but it is an awkward place to reach if you ... wat mensen zeggen » do not know the area so it is good Ibis finance a regular shuttle. - I don't normally book Ibis Hotels as there rooms are ridiculously small, but this one was quite the opposite, enough room to have suitcases in without tripping over them, it was very clean, bed was very comfortable , staff very friendly, very convenient as it's close to airport and train station , food at restaurant was also quite nice

  This hotel was reasonably priced compared to other hotels in Geneva. We found it very easy to get to from the airport by bus using our free public transport ticket. Getting into Geneva was very straightforward by tram which was close to the hotel. The hotel was warm, spotlessly clean, rooms were a good size, beds very comfortable and the breakfast... wat mensen zeggen » was fresh and nicely displayed. The staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. - Nice little hotel with super friendly staff. Just what you need. If you are looking for even more affordable stay, check out the "Ibis Budget" next door. I stayed at both and the Budget is just a little bit less comfortable but around 35% cheaper. However, if Internet sales make the difference much smaller - go for this one.

  The room is very clean, with the geneva day pass, it is quite convenient for to and from downtown area, question is you have to find the best way, I arrived by train, it was a hard work to get to the hotel with my boy from the train station, but we change to the bus the next day, everything is just great - English speaking receptionists. You can get Bus 10 outside the hotel to every location including airport, train station and city center.   After reading reviews I was afraid of the small rooms, but I found the rooms very large (we were in triple rooms). Rooms very clean and spacious. Very very helpfull staff. You get a free bus/tram ticket to go downtown. Parking covered downstairs. - Room and hotel overall was exceptionally clean, staff was helpful and fluent in English.
