The guy went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay at the richmond from the fruits, dates and nutts to going up to the room to make sure everything is up to the standard we expect from the richmond. I don't normally book Ibis Hotels as there rooms are ridiculously small, but this one was quite the opposite, enough room to have suitcases in without tripping over them, it was very clean, bed was very comfortable , staff very friendly, very convenient as it's close to airport and train station , food at restaurant was also quite nice

This hotel was reasonably priced compared to other hotels in Geneva. We found it very easy to get to from the airport by bus using our free public transport ticket. Nice little hotel with super friendly staff. Just what you need. If you
are looking for even more affordable stay, check out the "Ibis
Budget" next door. I stayed at both and the Budget is just a little
bit less comfortable but around 35% cheaper. However, if Internet sales
make the difference much smaller - go for this one.
