  It was an amazing experience!! The service was spectacular!! Very welcoming, yet still very discreet! The hotel is very well decorate, plus have technologies also. They have everything you migth need and take care of everything for you! I highly recommended!! - We were greeted by the friendly staff and treated to two glasses of champagne.   Very comfortable beds, clean room, ample sized bathroom. We had a smaller room near the stairs which was convenient but I heard everything. Staff was kind and spoke English and we were treated with respect. Free parking right next to the hotel. Would definitely go back - Central location, quiet, clean room and bed. The staff were excellent and helped me book train travel. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices.   A small and cosy hotel that surely lives up to the standards of its five stars! I spent some amazing days here, with most attentive staff and an excellent room with beautiful views! The food was delicious, and during lunch time it was possible to enjoy your meal outside on the terrace, enjoying the lovely weather and the breathtaking panoramic mou... wat mensen zeggen » ntain view. I would most definitely recommend this hotel, and if I have the chance to come back to Crans, this is where I will spend my stay, no doubt - The hotel staff was extremely polite and pleasant from the moment we arrived. Our family suite was lovely in every way and, after a long trip through Switzerland, the peace and quiet was wonderful. I am extremely picky so take my word: this is worth it for a true "Swiss" experience down to the waiters setting up our breakfasts on our balcony. Tres bien.

  The view from the room was sensational. The hotel upgraded us from a north facing (no view) to south facing which was great. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was good with the access to the shuttlebus and bus service. - conveniently located ,reception staff are good and helpfull.Clean rooms.

  The 5 course evening meal could not be faulted; seconds even offered! Excellent chef/kitchen staff, and Andrea in the dining room, assisted by Barbara. The long bath was a luxury for me. I was given what I had asked for: south facing room with balcony, for the fantastic views of snow clad mountains the other side of the Rhone Valley. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious with various breads cheeses yogurts cereals and more. It us peaceful and a minutes walk from markets cafes shops and activities. I will stay here again and tell my friends. Thankyou for a wonderful stay in Crans Montana.

  Staff were friendly and offered us a lift to and from the mountain each day even though it was only as five minute walk. They also gave us a lift to the train at the end of the trip for free.
