  The hotel was in very close proximity to the rock so you could walk to the rock to climb and to the museum,the rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Having the pool was excellent for just relaxing with some down time. We hired some bikes and road around the local country lanes. The staff were very efficient and helped to organise our onward jo... wat mensen zeggen » urney. - Close to Jungle. Many monkeys, iguanas & giant squirrels running around while eating, relaxing. Nearby to 2 World Heritage sites Sigirya Rock Fortress( can be seen from hotel) & Dambulla Cave Temple. Definitely worth seeing. Reasonably priced. Also on way to Sigiriya before Dambulla are Spice Gardens.
