Welcoming hosts in a perfectly designed small hotel with very comfortable room and bathroom. Busstop close to hotel for a short drive into centre of Vitoria. In the centre on El Padro to the left if coming from the cathedral there is a place with very imaginative tasty pinchos for a nice lunch.. This a family operated 20 rooms boutique hotel and a restaurant. Desined by a well know spanish arquitec. Difficult to find anything to criticize. Friendly attencion and a very good restaurant . The best hotel in our moth vacation in Spain & France.

The quality of provision is consistent and first class. It is always a delight to visit. Great stopping point for trip to the south of Spain/Portugal, would definitely stay there again if we do a similar trip. Hotel had everything you need, spotlessly clean and to cap it all a great restaurant. This is a beautifully appointed hotel and definitely deserves more than 3 stars. Although we didn't eat in the restaurant we did have a drink there and the food looked and smelled wonderful. Considerable thought has gone into making this hotel. The modern elements all work very well. Breakfast was very fair. Secure parking and very quiet. This was the best place I stayed in Spain. Really quiet and comfortable and the people really nice, dealing with a person like me who spoke no Spanish. Perfect. Air conditionning works. Wifi works. Huge and comfortable bed. large and comfortable shower. Very pleasant experience. What a surprise. A beautifully designed 25 bedroom hotel with all the facilities and secure underground parking. Breakfast. staff. the food in the restaurant was somewhat disappointing, although staff was very nice. That time constraints meant we couldn't stay longer. We found Vitoria-Gasteiz a little odd. Interesting area in the centre but not much else. Having said that, it may be others will not share this view. The next question asks whether I would recommend V-G to others. If it is to spend any length of time there then my answer is no. However as a one or two night stopover then yes. Restaurant was not open Mondays and options nearby are limited. The only very slight negative is it was a bit of a walk to the historic centre, however this was more than compensated by other attributes. And it is in a nice neighbourhood. Our Tom Tom GPS took us to two dodgy destinations based on the street address. Even when you do drive along the road outside the hotel, it is not easy to spot it. Restaurant was closed on Sun Eve. The restaurant wasn´t open in August and it was too far out of the city centre to walk in. Nothing. Needs gps location updated. Parking was on a busy main road outside. The restaurant is closed on Mondays.
