Studios Las Arenas ligt in de wijk Cañamelar van Valencia, op 10 minuten lopen van het strand Arenas en de haven van Valencia. Het biedt gratis WiFi. Tram- en bushaltes kunnen binnen 5 minuten lopen worden bereikt.
De lichte studio's met airconditioning beschikken over een zithoek met een slaapbank en een flatscreentelevisie. Er is een eigen badkamer met een haardroger en een douche. De kitchenette beschikt over een koelkast, een magnetron, een koffiezetapparaat en een wasmachine. Sommige studio's hebben een gemeubileerd terras.
Cañamelar is de voormalig visserswijk van Valencia. In de omgeving vindt u een markt, supermarkten, winkels, bars en restaurants. Het metrostation Maritim-Serrería ligt op 10 minuten lopen van het hotel. De Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias (Stad van Kunst en Wetenschap) ligt op 25 minuten loopafstand.

Me and my boyfriend like every single aspect of this holiday: the place, the apartment, the seaside, the food, the people ... It has been a real heaven-holiday. The owner of the studio is a very good person: puntual, friendly, available. Excellent! We'd like to go there again, in a future.

The location is very good. The beach as well as metro station are not far from appartaments. The room was clean; in the kitchen were everything for cooking. A lot of small restarants, food stores and market are situated around. Very quiet, beautiful and cozy region of the city.
Place is close to beach and flat was really very nice, fully equipped and clean. Owner of flat is very nice and helpful person. I can only recomend this flat :D.

Bed is not the best, while on groundfloor there is no balcony, the neighborhood is pretty dirty.
