  On arriving the hotel reception staff went above and beyond and saved me 200 euros on the room. A triple room had been booked instead of a twin so they sorted it to get the price down. The cleaners were in everyday with fresh towels and the bar staff were friendly. Pool was lovely and clean, many sun loungers although one couple had their bag taken around the - What a find! This was a big step up in quality from the other places I've stayed in San Antonio with only a small step up in price. The staff work tirelessly to help the guests be as comfortable as possible from the 'hit squad' of chambermaids who return sanity to your room each day in a matter of minutes, the very professional bar staff and the reception staff who were their when we needed help.
