  One of the best choice if you are looking a simple appartment close to the beach. The views from big balconys are magnificant, rooms are clean, kitchen is solid equiped, appartments are big enough. Staff is kind, they serve breakfast and dinner, which we did not try. They have as well a laundry service, other guests are tranquil, mostly Germans. Highly recommended. - Very close to main beach, supermarket attached only a 10 minute walk to Yumbo. Staff were really friendly, quiet area which is great. Good pool with lots of loungers so no problem getting one. My room had a washing machine microwave and pool view with a very private balcony. All in all excellent

  Hotel has perfect location, very close to the beach. Rooms are very cosy, personal is incredibly friendly. We were staying with 8 month old baby and we were provided with baby bed, high chair. There were washing and drying machine available on the premises, which made our life much easier.   The hotel was clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed the (free!) wellness, which was just wonderful. The breakfast/dinner buffet was great, with plenty of choice available, and two live cooking stations. The staff was friendly, except for one grumpy man with glasses behind the reception. Hotel Escorial will be our first choice for future trips to Gran Canaria, and we'll defin - The Restaurant and Bar staff are particularly friendly and genuine. Breakfast and Lunch was very good especially for a three star hotel. The location is central to Playa del Ingles. This hotel also has an excellent roof terrace with a Jacuzzi and a wellness centre with a 'dead sea' pool, great for floating about in.

  Staff have always been helpful, this is the 5th time i've stayed here. On this occasion due to the air traffic control problem in the uk, i am in fact still here. Spacious two-room apartments with nice balcony view towards the pool. The balcony has sunlight in the morning. We loved the kitchen. The pool area was good. A 20 min walk to Playa del Inglés beach, but that did not bother us.

  the location was good - Very nice hotel. I loved the decoration, so spanish. Our room was spacious. Staff is nice, they helped us when we needed help with map and everything. Loved the pool! Really good location.

  I'd often walked past this hotel on previous visits to Playa and loved the look of the pool but wasn't so sure about the actual accommodation. How pleasantly surprised I was. This place is a little bit of a gem, the rooms are quite dated with decor from the 70's but it works.... The pool area is amazing, massive pool with a bar in the middle. The snacks here were great and a fan - The staff was excellent! Both the people working at the reception, and those in the hotels restaurant. Delicious fish food was served for dinner at the buffet dinner several evenings when I stayed there. Also a big honour to the cleaners! I'll be back...
