  Excellent studio room in the heart of Bilbao - ours had a little balcony looking onto the lovely Old Town street. Clean, spacious, comfy bed, lots of natural light. Very short walk from metro and tram stops, as well as all the old town sites, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Guggenheim is a pleasant 30 min stroll along the river, and the Centro... wat mensen zeggen » area is easily accessible by foot or the metro/tram. The wonderful staff are incredibly friendly and helpful - highly recommend! - Really lovely apartment run by wonderful staff who were very accommodating and gracious to us after a misunderstanding with payment. The owner even offered us umbrellas due to the rainy weather! Apartment is spacious, super clean and right in the heart of Old Town. It's also very close to the metro making it easily accessible by foot and public transport. I would definitely recommend Arriaga Suites!

  I had an early flight form Bilbao and this place is percfect. You can get to the airport in 10 min by car. Staff were super friendly. They called me on my phone on respone to some email queries I made. They offered us to go pick us up if we weren't able to find the place. And once there they told us where we could go visit and for lunch. The house... wat mensen zeggen » is really beautiful and peaceful. Just imagine a bedroom in an beatiful stonewall house. Perfectly clean and modern. - The Owners were so kind to find us in the middle of nowhere because our GPS was unable to bring us to this really marvellous place. Very comfortable to stay - really near to Bilbao and airport and in the countryside. Beautiful house and helpful freindly people. Thank you again for so good and warm welcome

  The hotel is very convenient to the Bilbao bus station, which was great for taking the ALSA bus as a comfortable, inexpensive, and easy way to travel from Madrid to Bilbao. Also the nearby bus station is the terminus for an inexpensive bus to the airport. And it was a pleasant walk thru the park to the Guggenheim. My room had two beds, one tv, one desk with a mirror and one bathroom. Wifi works fine and the staff were really gentle to ask if I was ok with the noise (I think they're repairing some things on my floor), or if I'd like to change my room.

  I am so happy because of this place. Personel was so kind and helpful. Pension was always so clean. I didn't have bathroom at the room, but it wasn't a problem at all, because it was next door and always free when I needed. And sink was in the room. Beds were comfortable. Tv with lots of canals and radio. Close to bus stops. Muchas gracias, saludo... wat mensen zeggen » s!!! - Pension Vista was a nice cheap place to stay for 2 nights. I just wanted somewhere to use as a base. The room was clean and the toilet and shower close by across the corridor. It was a little noisy at night and in morning as my room was above a bar. The owners were friendly and spoke a little English.

Pension is clean. - The pension is close to the metrostation and not far from the Bilbao Exhibition Centre. Nice staff, but none of them speaks english.

  Pensión La Salve is not too hard to find if you do your homework. Look for it using Google Earth. If you go through Puente de La Salve it should be easy to get there. There is an easier way to go there without using the bridge, but you might have to find it there. It is about a ten minute walk from the city.   This small 'casa rural' was very well equipped and even had a small gym and spa bath. The bedroom was large, spotlessly clean and supplied with a fridge and microwave. The owner was extremely friendly and provided us with information about 'things to do' in the area. It was within half an hour's drive of the port and gave us a chance to see the magnificent scenery along the northern coast of Spain. - The hostess is very charming and provides you with recommwndations for the surrounding area. There is a big garden where you may sit during your stay. And the house' kitchen can be used by guests as well which is very convenient if you by stuff in the supermarket.
