Breakfast great value and if you want an evening meal also great value. Best of all - the staff who were professional and couldn't be more helpful. This hotel, Alberto and his staff, is one of the best hotels we've stay... wat mensen zeggen » ed in on the Iberian peninsula. An absolute gem!! - The invitation to make ourselves feel at home! The staff were so helpful, the stylish hotel was very comfortable and spacious and the outside views were spectacular. We even had a picnic one evening which we bought from the hotel vending machine and washed it down with the wine we had left from the previous evening's meal!! Perfect chill out place

  This didn't feel like any other hotel, it was like you were staying in someone's home - from the decor to the breakfast to the way we were treated. The double room we got was very comfortable and it looked like a little cottage in the city. The woman at the desk was very helpful and personable, she was always willing to help us with anything we ne... wat mensen zeggen » eded. The location is very central - we were in the old town and we could walk to the Guggenheim and La Ribera Market. The day we stayed in Bilbao, th - We really enjoyed our stay. The owner was very friendly and helpful (and spoke excellent English). The room was so homey-it was nice to go out in the rain and go "home" to a warm and comfortable room. The heaters worked quickly and the room was large and clean. The breakfast in the morning was good-tea/coffee and an assortment of bread products (and fruit and yogurt, if desired). We wish we had more time to explore Bilbao and stay in this comfortable hotel. We found it to be very quiet-there ar

  Dit rustig gelegen hotel is een goede uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen. Prachtige kamers met veel sfeer, prima gastvrouw, die heel goed engels spreekt. - We arrived on Friday late night (around 1:30 am) , the owner was waited for us and make us feel like pleasure and convenience. During our all staying Miriam from the reception helped with very useful recommendations and great tips for places to visit and restaurants to eat. Beside the beauty of the simplify in this place and the tremendous people who manged it, one of the great advantage is it location, it's took us less than - The room was really spacious with a lovely view of the town and countryside. The lady on recpetion was wonderful. The whole place smelled great and there was a lovely communal sitting room. It was a great place for us to spend our first anniversary. Although we only stayed one night, it's in a great location for Bilboa airport and you could easily do a day trip to San Sebastian or into other countryside areas. We just found it really relaxing and a nice welcoming place to stay.

  Fantastic hotel and owners! The beautiful small hotel is laying between two amazing natural parks (better to have a car). The hotel is perfect for people who like to hike and enjoy the quiet surroundings. The view from the large and luxurious rooms is spectacular! Randa and Kepa (the owners) are wonderful people and they will do anything to make ... wat mensen zeggen » you feel at home. They also know a lot of the region, the history, the highlights and where to go. You can have a good breakfast and a delicious diner - This is my second time at the hotel and the owners were so lovely! I am vegetarian and they took care to prepare me special delicous vegetarian meals everyday! Kepa also showed me the vegetable patch this time. We were also invited to watch as he trimmed the sheep's coats!! The couple are really warm and welcoming. As always, the place is beautiful, a real gem :) Also renovations have been done so its bigger and nicer.

  Het hotel ligt in een achterbuurt en het was heerlijk om de auto in de garage van het hotel te kunnen stallen, voor een redelijke prijs. - Goedkoop, hotel is in renovatie maar onze kamers waren al gerenoveerd.Zaten dus voor lage prijs in een "nieuwe" kamer.
