  Dit rustig gelegen hotel is een goede uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen. Beside the beauty of the simplify in this place and the tremendous people who manged it, one of the great advantage is it location, it's took us less than - The room was really spacious with a lovely view of the town and countryside. The lady on recpetion was wonderful. The whole place smelled great and there was a lovely communal sitting room. It was a great place for us to spend our first anniversary. Although we only stayed one night, it's in a great location for Bilboa airport and you could easily do a day trip to San Sebastian or into other countryside areas. We just found it really relaxing and a nice welcoming place to stay.

  It was one of the best hotles I have stayed in, and I spend my life in hotels. I visit on average 40 hotels a year in my job. I loved the design and art work and the thematic ties with the amazing Guggenhein Museum and Fine Arts Museum, both of which are within such easy walking distance. The service was friendly but efficient, a rare mix.   Fantastic hotel and owners! The beautiful small hotel is laying between two amazing natural parks (better to have a car). The hotel is perfect for people who like to hike and enjoy the quiet surroundings. The view from the large and luxurious rooms is spectacular! Randa and Kepa (the owners) are wonderful people and they will do anything to make ... wat mensen zeggen » you feel at home. They also know a lot of the region, the history, the highlights and where to go. You can have a good breakfast and a delicious diner - This is my second time at the hotel and the owners were so lovely! I am vegetarian and they took care to prepare me special delicous vegetarian meals everyday! Kepa also showed me the vegetable patch this time. We were also invited to watch as he trimmed the sheep's coats!! The couple are really warm and welcoming. As always, the place is beautiful, a real gem :) Also renovations have been done so its bigger and nicer.

  Very friendly staff, staying up late to let us in on a late flight. Nice rooms, very clear and friendly, great decor in the restaurant. Family breakfast specially prepared by granny, with yummy cakes. She will prepare any extra wishes like eggs or bacon while you're listening to a really good selection of music (chill surf jazzy chanson mix). It is a wonderful old family run Hotel. It's like staying in the family's home. They make you feel so welcome. Room was spacious and delightfully filled with antique furniture to match this old farmhouse. Close to station for 10 min trip into Bilbao. Perfect if you don't want to stay in a city centre. Breakfast great and gourmet evening meal a wonderful treat.
