  Loved everything about this hotel hence the reason i came home and re-booked another holiday the same day.The hotel is spotless clean,staff very friendly and helpfull,room very comfortable and the hotel very central for everything.   I thought the place was fabulous as it consisted of a brand new, low rise building, housing 12 apartments in a beautiful garden full of palm trees, collected from all over the world and all meticulously labled. We had our breakfast on it every morning. There was wonderful roof terrace and also enclosed social room with comfortable sofas and wide screen T - Just to say we both cannot praise Pablo the manager highly enough as he was excellent. We traveled to the apt via a car hired from the airport record go (will not use them again as no satnav available to hire crazy!) due to this we were unable to fnd our way there and pablo bless him came out of his way to guide us to the apt. What was even better we managed to borrow a gps off him as he was so kind and took pitty on us (left him a bottle of whiskey as a thank you). The location is amazing its

  Everything. Staff are very friendly, breakfast was great, the rooms are all newly decorated, very clean and modern. We had a tiny problem with one of the toilets being slightly blocked in one of the two rooms, which did not even need too much fixing but they insisted that it was not acceptable and that we should move to a better room, which they o... wat mensen zeggen » rganised immediately. Benidorm is full of skyskrapers but this hotel lies in the old town which is much prettier. - The hotel was perfect, spotlessly clean and modern.There was even a fridge and safe (free) in the room.The staff were very friendly and helpful. The price was amazing for the quality of the Hotel. There were shops, bars, cafes and restaurants nearby but it was very quiet during the night.The beach was also nearby. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of things to eat and drink. Would definately go back and would also recommend .

  The apartment had everything you could need. Complex just the right size for us with two children. A short enough wander to beach bar at night.   I had a very good time when living in Melia Valencia. I think this 4 stars hotel is the best one that I have ever lived at the same level so far and it is a good budget-friendly hotel compared with the same level hotel. The hotel room is fully furnished with all facilities. It is clean, comfortable with the good view outside of the window. We also tried the restaurant and it had a very good quality/price ratio. The overall structure is quite new and the staff was really friendly and supportive. Even if the location is far away from the center, there's metro station near by or you can rent the bikes directly outside of the hotel.
