Staff were the best I've come across from a hotel - they are sincerely in their helpfulness and nothing is too much trouble. Really fantastic people.

This is an excellent hotel! Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The spa is just fabulous, with its in-the-cave Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, water beds and other pleasures. Rooms are very nice and clean (we especially liked a piece of gourmet chocolate every evening as the maid came to prepare the room for the night for us), excellent air-conditioning for the heatwave that we experienced that week. The location of these apartments is amazing.. Within walking distance of all the best bars, restaurants and shops. Including a small supermarket right next door! Also only a 15min bus journey to Siam Park.

Alles was fantastisch. Ontbijtbuffet, ligstoelen aan het zwembad. Twee keer per dag wordt je bed verschoont. je voelt je helemaal thuis. From the champagne welcome on our arrival all the staff were smiling and friendly. The room was palatial with a large balcony views of the sea and the mountains.Cleaning was everyday and excellent standard. The restaurant was excellent,broad range of foods.Andres our waiter was wonderful a Five star treatment.

The hotel was wonderful. The h/b was buffet which put us off at
first but upon our first visit we found the selection was jaw dropping
and the quality was first class. The staff couldn't have been any
more helpful or friendly. We spend most of the time around the pool but
ventured for the short walk to playa del duque which is lined with
glorious restaurants for lunchtime snacks with views to die for. Woukd
thouroughly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay here. The best feature was the amazing buffet meals in the hotel, offering a huge variety of delicious foods which varied each day. The staff were really friendly, especially the chefs. On check in, we were greeted with a glass of champagne each, and at breakfast on the Sunday there was unlimited free champagne too.

The staff were extremely helpful and very courteous, nothing was a problem. The entertainment program was excellent with a different show every night, daily activities, and mini-disco for kids most nights which our son loved. Heel mooi hotel je verwacht zoiets niet in Tenerife , heel vriendelijk personeel . Lekker eten. Persoonlijke bediening , gn massa- hotel . - The hotel is beautiful, very luxurious, and in many ways unique. The food was excellent, the staff very helpful. The nature reserve associated with it was very interesting, a real high point.

The bungalows were ideal for us very spacious. The complex is very well situated with a lot of activities to suit all ages(these extra activities can be booked off the complex). Wifi is available in most areas you struggle to a signal on the edge of the complex which is no big deal. I would strongly recommend going here I booked everything myself
