The information leaflet in the room stated a home away from home and this was certainly the case. Facilities were fantastic and cannot praise Antonio highly enough for being so attentive from greeting me by my name when we arrived to offering hep and advice throughout our stay. All the staff at Villa Canaima were SO friendly and helpful, taking time to make sure we knew all the great things Lanzarote had to offer, even booking our rental car and cabs for us. They went out of their way to try and get hold of us to let us know we could stay past the standard 10am checkout time, which was super appreciated.

our villa standard was in a lovely quiet location, the size was excellent for 5 of us, a 3rd bed was put into 2nd bedroom. apt was very clean, maids do great job. irish and uk tv also brilliant to have. restaurant very handy, pizza was fantastic value for the kids, pool size also good, bit cold but then it is winter over there! we also liked proximity to airport, after long journey-perfect. we arrived late and v kind receptionist gave us complimentary milk,juice and water-nice touch.

The hotel is very good standard for 4 star. The buffet has excellent choice of food but can be busy especially in the evening. Great facilities for children and the animation team were very good with mini disco. Beautiful pools with paddle pool for small toddlers. Location right near the beach very handy also. -

Having stayed before,i was familiar with the barcarola,but was surprised there was no air conditioning and pool was very cold.i asked at reception about the pool but told it was due to the wind that it was cold.the first week it was too cold to use pool. perhaps when weather is breezy and cool it may be the time to heat it to a comfortable level.

The location was excellent, we could not have had better. The grounds of the complex and pool area was very well kept and a nice environment to be in. The apartment was very comfortable, very clean with an excellent view of the sea. Overall the perfect place to stay.

Great location, next to the old town and on the strip for the new town. Very close to the beach. Very clean comfortable apartments with all you would require. Daily cleaning, if required. Great breakfast each morning with a selection to suit all tastes. Would have no hesitation in coming back here again. -

Villa set in a nice quiet neighborhood. Outdoor pool & patio area very private. Villa well equipped and comfortable with plenty of space for our family of 2 adults & 2 teenage girls (Nintendo Wii in Villa a great idea). Staff very helpful and prompt when dealing with any minor issues or queries. Villa about 20 minute walk to center of Playa Blanca (only €3 in Taxi). Excellent family holiday, we will stay there again.

Excellent staff, 2 mins walk to the Matagorda centro, full of bars, places to eat and a Spar. Really can't praise Nautilus enough and will def be back!!
