  The accommodation was set on a cliff edge and off ered panoramic views of the sea and with its infinity pool was amazing. It was easter time, and despite it beinbg full, there was never any rush for sunbeds or reservations. We travelled with two children ages 10 and 6, we did feel they had to be fairly quite around the pool as the other guests lik... wat mensen zeggen » ed the quietness of the surrounding, however this did not spoil our fun. The staff were excellent, the best we have come accross. All in all a fantast - We (young couple) went to the Serenity Hotel to enjoy a weekend without problems. Fortunately, we had none since the Hotel provides everything you need. The staff was friendly, the pool gorgeous (although 1,40m deep only) and the view at the beach stunning. Apartments were super clean and comfortable.

  Hotel has perfect location, very close to the beach. Rooms are very cosy, personal is incredibly friendly. We were staying with 8 month old baby and we were provided with baby bed, high chair. There were washing and drying machine available on the premises, which made our life much easier. Al in all very enjoyable stay! - It was our first trip to Playa del Ingles, and the hotel and place was a lot better than we expected.   This is my fourth time going back to the sandy beach hotel. I think it is a great hotel and will deffinetly be back. The games and entertainment for kids is great. - 1. Most friendly, cheerful and helpful staff. 2. Excellent choice of good quality food at buffet dinners and breakfasts.
