  We hadden een fraaie hoekbungalow gekregen. Tuintjes waar bungalows in staan werd goed onderhoudenService goed, verzoeken werden direct uitgevoerd. Schoonmaak goed, om de twee dagen, met schone badhanddoeken.Ligging van strand 500 meter.Parkje bestaat uit twee parken met weg ertussen van ieder 15 bungalows.   All the staff where extra nice and helpful, always smiling and trying to make you feel comfortable. The hotel was in nice location, just a few minutes walk to both the ocean and yumbo center.   Porto Novo apartments are in a great location, just a short walk to the beach. They are great value for money, basic but very clean. Friendly staff and very helpful. Our room was cleaned every day by a very pleasant lady. José on Reception was very helpful and always available.   A fantastic hotel and good value for the money! We had a nice and spacious studio with a window partly facing the sea. Unfortunately there are no balconies but we could hear the waves at least. The street noise was not bad at all. Very clean bathroom. Good buffet breakfast. Fantastic and helpful staff. There are foreign TV-channels - if you have p... wat mensen zeggen » roblems finding them, the staff will help. If you find the beds too hard, the hotel will give you an extra bed mattress. The closeness to the beach an - The location is very good, one minute from the Ocean side. The staff was helpful and informed us of several deals they had with nearby restaurants (E.G. 7.5 euros for a 3 course sea food dinner), even made a call to make reservations and gave us directions to get around the city. Nice restaurants and bars close to the hotel. The price was good and the room was big and comfortable. Free and well functioning wi-fi all over the hotel.

  We gave stayed at the Terrazamar Sun Suites 4 times now. We love the rooms and balconies, and that we can relax in safety. The pool area is great, always a longer regardless of time of day, and entertainment team work very hard to ensure daytime activities and joining in. - Having sun loungers on the balcony was excellent,as were the table,chair... wat mensen zeggen » s and parasol.The separate kitchen was good with a really good fridge/freezer.The position is perfect,only a short walk to shops and restaurants.The shop was well stocked,so was the bakery.

  The hotel was clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed the (free!) wellness, which was just wonderful. The breakfast/dinner buffet was great, with plenty of choice available, and two live cooking stations. The staff was friendly, except for one grumpy man with glasses behind the reception. In our opinion, this hotel would be competitive within... wat mensen zeggen » the 4 star range, but easily beats the others with 3 stars. Hotel Escorial will be our first choice for future trips to Gran Canaria, and we'll defin - The Restaurant and Bar staff are particularly friendly and genuine. Breakfast and Lunch was very good especially for a three star hotel. The location is central to Playa del Ingles. This hotel also has an excellent roof terrace with a Jacuzzi and a wellness centre with a 'dead sea' pool, great for floating about in.
