  Porto Novo apartments are in a great location, just a short walk to the beach. They are great value for money, basic but very clean. Friendly staff and very helpful. Our room was cleaned every day by a very pleasant lady. José on Reception was very helpful and always available.   A fantastic hotel and good value for the money! We had a nice and spacious studio with a window partly facing the sea. Unfortunately there are no balconies but we could hear the waves at least. The street noise was not bad at all. Very clean bathroom. Good buffet breakfast. Fantastic and helpful staff. There are foreign TV-channels - if you have p... wat mensen zeggen » roblems finding them, the staff will help. If you find the beds too hard, the hotel will give you an extra bed mattress. The closeness to the beach an - The location is very good, one minute from the Ocean side. The staff was helpful and informed us of several deals they had with nearby restaurants (E.G. 7.5 euros for a 3 course sea food dinner), even made a call to make reservations and gave us directions to get around the city. Nice restaurants and bars close to the hotel. The price was good and the room was big and comfortable. Free and well functioning wi-fi all over the hotel.

  the staff the facilities esp the pool and the adults area were simply fabulous stayed all inclusive which was quite simply fabulous and with two children in the group aged 13 and 10 it was perfect! will definitely recommend and return - Nice pool. We rented a car to see some other parts of the island aswell, it is not far to drive from teror to other sights in gran canaria. Friendly staff with good advices on where to go and what to see.   Good location, on the flat so didn't have 100's of steps to climb. 5 minutes from commercial centre. 2 mins from beach. The walkway to Amadores beach was beautiful, very scenic, worth a visit (1km walk). Apartment well equipped & spotlessly clean. Reception staff very helpful and friendly & when we requested a late check out there was no p... wat mensen zeggen » roblem. Food in rooftop restaurant was very tasty & staff very helpful. Wifi is reasonably priced, a must when travelling with teenagers! Cannot - The best thing about Rio Piedras Apartments was the location. They are situated on street level so no hills to climb and were only 5 minutes from the beach and less than 10 minutes from the commercial centre with all its vibrant nightlife, lots of bars, restaurants and shops. The rooftop pool was just the place for our 2 teenage girls and the restaurant was lovely too. The staff were brilliant and looked after us very well. The price of the apartments were very reasonable and our 2 bedroomed ap
