  This is my fourth time going back to the sandy beach hotel. I think it is a great hotel and will deffinetly be back. The games and entertainment for kids is great. - 1. Most friendly, cheerful and helpful staff. 2. Excellent choice of good quality food at buffet dinners and breakfasts.

  The staff were among the friendliest, best trained and keenest to please that we have seen in any hotel, at any price. Nothing seemed too much trouble, with the chef standing out in his/her willingness to adapt the menu to our tastes. It was our second hotel during that trip. Both of them were very good. Adventures for morning and afternoon and relax in SPA for evening. You'll be all the time above the clouds. You'll see Tenerife and beautiful sunsets. We highly recommend having trips to Roce Nublo and Tejeda city. What a charming small town! Tejeda is in the center of island. You can visit any place you'd like to. Maspalomas, Las Palmas etc.

  A really beautiful hotel, both the interior and the grounds are extremely attractive,well appointed and spotlessly clean and tidy - no scuff marks or worn out fittings or furnishings - very high standards throughout.   Very clean, attractive rooms with comfortable beds and plenty of space. The hotel was locked when we arrived, but the owners live across the street and arrived quickly after calling the number on the door. We received both a room key and a key to the lobby door, so access was no problem despite no staff after breakfast.   Everything just perfect :-) Staff is very helpfull and friendly,speaking language english,deutch,spanish,polish. Hotel is very nice and modern looking. Rooms are small,but very clean,comfortable,furniture is new,nice and tasty,cable tv. Braekfast is in the Local restaurant,continental,but good. It is very quiet,superb views to the mountains and t... wat mensen zeggen » he ocean. Landscape and area is very beautifull. Its very close to the mountains and ocean with natural volcano pools. We definitely will comback to t - Olga and Thomas, who run the hotel, couldn't do more to make sure you are ok. Their friendly advise, help with anything (from arranging taxis to scuba diving) made us feel we were actually staying in 4 star hotel.
