  This is my fourth time going back to the sandy beach hotel. I think it is a great hotel and will deffinetly be back. The games and entertainment for kids is great. - 1. Most friendly, cheerful and helpful staff. 2. Excellent choice of good quality food at buffet dinners and breakfasts.

  Very Nice clean hotel with friendly and effecient staff. Example:The fridge was noicy, and 15 minutes after mentioning it to the receptionist, it was changed. Not possible to reserve sunbeds made it possible for "normal people" to choose location. Very good restaurant, splendid breakfast buffet. The Animation staff was excellent with the children.... wat mensen zeggen » Free pool-towels. Comfortable sunbeds. All in all a very pleasant experience. - the apartment was v,clean.the guys in reception (guilleme and the other lad who didnt wear a name badge)v.helpful.gave us names of super local restaurants.great pool.no rush for sunbeds.the nightime bar outside was very relaxing,came back there most nights.

  Hotel has perfect location, very close to the beach. Rooms are very cosy, personal is incredibly friendly. We were staying with 8 month old baby and we were provided with baby bed, high chair. There were washing and drying machine available on the premises, which made our life much easier. Al in all very enjoyable stay! - It was our first trip to Playa del Ingles, and the hotel and place was a lot better than we expected.   Porto Novo apartments are in a great location, just a short walk to the beach. They are great value for money, basic but very clean. Friendly staff and very helpful. Our room was cleaned every day by a very pleasant lady. José on Reception was very helpful and always available. We had stayed at the Porto Novo before and will definitely return... wat mensen zeggen » again. - Great, easy, location for marina, beach and shops. Great marina view from apartment. Comfortable beds. Cleaning service most days. Really enjoyed our stay, Thanks. Looking forward to returning.

  I liked everything, from the room to the buffet in the morning and evening (dinner). The cocktails in the pool bar in the evening are awesome (I advise you a Piña Colada....!), But the service in general is good. The spa is nice and the gym is a very nice little spot with everything one can need for warming up and working out. We checked out at 3.... wat mensen zeggen » 30 in the night because of our flight and they prepeared us two take away picknick baskets for the breakfast, nice service. The location is very nice: - Amiable reception and cleaning staff, great spa pools. The room was clean with comfortable beds and a nice ocean view. Decent location, a 15 minute walk to the center of Agaete or to Puerto de Las Nieves, and near good hiking trails up to Tamadaba Forest. We didn't have a car and had no problems (though a bit of Spanish is very useful for the local taxi!). As a vegetarian, the dinner options were better than I expected. One of our favorite hotels we stayed at.

  Uitstekend hotel voor verblijf in regio Airport.,vooral voor zeer vroege vertrekkers.De op de website vermelde prijs bleek nogeens 16 euro lager uit te vallen!!. - We zijn na aankomst om 21.30 opgehaald van het vliegveld met een busje van het hotel. Bij de receptie kregen alle informatie die we nodig hadden. Prima!
