Excellent I feel is a very rate for this hotel. However I would certainly rate it higher than average. A rate of 4.5 I feel would be a more accurate rate. I enjoyed my stay at your hotel. The bacon and egg breakfast I had is one of the tastiest breakfasts I have eaten in a long time. -

The hotel was faboulous, small and cosy, the receptionist was extremelly helpful and funny. She direct us to the resturant and make our stay special. If we ever come back to Santiago we will stay again at the hotel. It is a real boutique hotel, attentif to detail as very nice design testful with a touch of past showing here and there.

Great attention to detail, whithout being stuffy our pretentious. One felt at home and confortable. Newspapers are available in the reception area and books in the lounge, and drinks are available in the mini bar of the room free of charge. We had dinner one night at the hotel and enjoyed it greatly. We overheard quite a few clients mentioning that they had been there before and were planning to return.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean, good location. The room was very inviting and comfortable. Bright, warm with awesome windows. Shuttered doors leading onto enclosed sun room. O Remanso dos Patos is a little gem of a hotel, situated in the truly beautiful Ribeira Sacra region. The hotel is full of character, and the restaurant is a delight. There is a lovely little swimming pool which is ideal for cooling off after a day's sightseeing- especially welcome as we arrived during a heat wave! Natasha, Antony and the rest of their staff were very kind and helpful.
