I liked very much the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, in particular the male manager (can't remember his name) and Nicola who helped me when I need to find medical help at short notice.
The service and selection at breakfast was outstanding and again, the staff who served breakfast were extremely helpful and friendly. -

The hotel is well run and clean. Staff are overall friendly and helpful. The Hotel was not too busy and the many swimming pools allowed for a different location to sunbath during the week. Food is varied and usually something can be found that appeals. Entertainment was good during our visit, although someone should look at the stage lights as the

harbour and marina. Facilities within the hotel are generally excellent.
Cleanliness and hygiene are taken very seriously, with staff constantly
monitoring areas and addressing issues as appropriate.

We were a bit picky about the room but the staff was very helpful in
helping is to find the room that would satisfy our requirements. The
third room in the new part building was very good. Nice view, pretty
quiet (not taking into acount neighouring dogs destroying the silence,
but they were quiet in the night luckily). Far from roosters ;)

We had a great time in this hotel. Room was spacious, with kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Rooms were cleaned every day.
We really loved breakfast, it was great and delicious.
Wi-fi access was in lobby. But it wasn´t important for us.

We loved pretty much everything, we were self catering and the apartment was fabulous, modern and well equiped with a toaster, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. It also had great aircon, a flat screen TV and hairdryer,
The pool area was fabulous overlooking the sea. Luckily our apartment opened onto the pool area -very convenient. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
