  Heel mooi hotel je verwacht zoiets niet in Tenerife , heel vriendelijk personeel . Lekker eten. Persoonlijke bediening , gn massa- hotel . - The hotel is beautiful, very luxurious, and in many ways unique. The food was excellent, the staff very helpful. The nature reserve associated with it was very interesting, a real high point.

  The place was great, full of green and trees. When we got there our host was Jose that was very polite and "cordial" all the time we needed to ask info about the place (all the staff in general was really nice) Value for money was great as well. I found the bungalow very comfortable and clean. The cleaner was coming almost every day and they chan... wat mensen zeggen » ge the towels very often. The location was very good for us as we rent a car so I couldn't say how would it be without. It was just amazing and relaxi - Really lovely bungalows, very quiet and relaxing. The villa is comfortably furnished and has all the necessary equipment. Private swimming pool is clean and well maintained.   Staff were the best I've come across from a hotel - they are sincerely in their helpfulness and nothing is too much trouble. Really fantastic people. That is a sure sign of quality management and that they truly care. Their - This is an excellent hotel! Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The spa is just fabulous, with its in-the-cave Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, water beds and other pleasures. Rooms are very nice and clean (we especially liked a piece of gourmet chocolate every evening as the maid came to prepare the room for the night for us), excellent air-conditioning for the heatwave that we experienced that week.
