  Staff were the best I've come across from a hotel - they are sincerely in their helpfulness and nothing is too much trouble. Really fantastic people. Excellent breakfasts (both quality of food and selection) -including fresh juices The hotel is very clean. That is a sure sign of quality management and that they truly care. Their - This is an excellent hotel! Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The spa is just fabulous, with its in-the-cave Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, water beds and other pleasures. Rooms are very nice and clean (we especially liked a piece of gourmet chocolate every evening as the maid came to prepare the room for the night for us), excellent air-conditioning for the heatwave that we experienced that week. Great facilities for children and the animation team were very good with mini disco. Beautiful pools with paddle pool for small toddlers.   The Los Verodes apartments are fabulous. We stayed here for a week in March 2013, our first , but certainly not our last, visit to the wonderful island of El Hierro. We were allocated a spacious 2 bedroom apartment on the top, 3rd, floor (even though we’d only booked and paid for a 1 bed apt.) The apartment was spotlessly clean, very well appointe... wat mensen zeggen » d and very roomy. The kitchen was very well equipped, with full size fridge / freezer, 4 ring halogen hob and oven, plus kettle, toaster, coffee maker - What a fantastic apartment! In fact I think that it's the best equipped apartment I've ever stayed in. It was really spacious, very clean and had everything we could possibly need. Its location in Frontera was ideal for us. We had an apartment with an outside patio with exotic plants which was lovely. The complementary wine and biscuits very much made us feel welcome. Highly recommended. First choice for staying again in Frontera.

  This is my fourth time going back to the sandy beach hotel. I think it is a great hotel and will deffinetly be back. The games and entertainment for kids is great. - 1. Most friendly, cheerful and helpful staff. 2. Excellent choice of good quality food at buffet dinners and breakfasts.

  Very nice location, cosy apartment, we liked the stairs and the volume of the apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed, a good coffee filter plus paper filters and a sandwich maker were appreciated. It is right on the Vista Sur beach, in the shopping center with the same name and fun area is nearby. Even if on the booking website it says ... wat mensen zeggen » the parking is not available, there is a parking under the shopping center, and the card will be scanned by the hotel receptionist, having a discount, - I stayed in Vistasur for 1 week, All was ok, big rooms, good cleaning, free wifi in rooms and in all the area around apartaments (also on the beach),very close to the beach Las Vistas (i think the best beach around playa de las america), 10-15 minutes walk to "Las Veronicas", 5 minutes walk to "san telmo". Recommended.
