The hotel was clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed the (free!)
wellness, which was just wonderful. The breakfast/dinner buffet was
great, with plenty of choice available, and two live cooking stations.
The staff was friendly, except for one grumpy man with glasses behind

The Restaurant and Bar staff are particularly friendly and genuine. Breakfast and Lunch was very good especially for a three star hotel. The location is central to Playa del Ingles. This hotel also has an excellent roof terrace with a Jacuzzi and a wellness centre with a 'dead sea' pool, great for floating about in.

Wij vonden het appartement erg ruim.We hadden veel ruimte om buiten te zitten.Wij konden onze laatste dag niet meer ontbijten, omdat ons vliegtuig al vroeg vertrok. DIt werd ruimschoots goed gemaakt, we kregen een ontbijtpakket met lekkere dingen voor onderweg.....super..hiervoor onze hartelijke dank! - schoon, veel ruimte, TV-ontvangst goed

The best hotel we stayed in Canary Islands!
The Staff. They were so kind and speak perfect English and some other language like Swedish and Japanese as well.
We asked for extra towels and some other stuffs, we left our room and came back to the room after 10 minutes maybe, then everything was fixed and prepared.
Lovely, warm and cosy pool with a life guard. Perfect pool side bar!
You do not need to worry about a bad equiped kichen, we hade everything (with high standard) there!
