  This was the best hotel holiday I have ever been on. Pure luxury and relaxation. Something that makes a holiday for me is the staff. Without question this hotel has the finest collection of people working for them - cleaners, porters, waiting staff, reception, spa, all wonderfully friendly and attentive without being in your face. The position of this beautiful hotel is great - 20 mins from Tenerife South airport, right by the beach with - The hotel is beautiful with fantastic sea views, our suite was spacious and very comfortable, the pool area is lovely and quiet and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. We really liked the adult only aspect of the hotel which made it very quiet and serene. We also used the spa which was excellent. We stayed on a B&B basis and there are lots of reasonable restaurants within short walking distance along the beach. All in all a lovely holiday.

  Porto Novo apartments are in a great location, just a short walk to the beach. They are great value for money, basic but very clean. Friendly staff and very helpful. Our room was cleaned every day by a very pleasant lady. José on Reception was very helpful and always available. We had stayed at the Porto Novo before and will definitely return... wat mensen zeggen » again. - Great, easy, location for marina, beach and shops. Great marina view from apartment. Comfortable beds. Cleaning service most days. Really enjoyed our stay, Thanks. Looking forward to returning.

  A nice, quiet hotel with many pool areas and friendly staff. Nice rooms, a good variety of foods in the breakfast and dinner. All in all a very pleasant stay! - Hotell staff in restaurant very friendly and profesional. Animators are great, specially Ivana, Adam, Kristinaand Chorche. Resort inside is nice and well serviced.

  From the champagne welcome on our arrival all the staff were smiling and friendly. The room was palatial with a large balcony views of the sea and the mountains.Cleaning was everyday and excellent standard. The restaurant was excellent,broad range of foods.Andres our waiter was wonderful a Five star treatment. Entertainment was excellent most nigh... wat mensen zeggen » ts.The pools were clean and easily accessible. Underground car park great security factor! Had a great 70th Birthday here, fabulous. - The hotel was wonderful. The h/b was buffet which put us off at first but upon our first visit we found the selection was jaw dropping and the quality was first class. The staff couldn't have been any more helpful or friendly. We spend most of the time around the pool but ventured for the short walk to playa del duque which is lined with glorious restaurants for lunchtime snacks with views to die for. Woukd thouroughly recommend.

  Entertainment team - AMAZING!! always here to entertain your younger children and was aways very friendly and talkative! On New Years eve they worked until early in the morning and was dancing with everyone, they are all very hyper and like and dance like Veronica ( good thing ) she was great and all the children loved her and wouldn't leave her al... wat mensen zeggen » one! Top animated for me and my children. - The staff were fantastic. Never met such a friendly bunch. They would all go out of their way to help. Entertainment for the kids from mini club through to evening events was perfect for my 3 and 6 year old boys. Rooms have been recently refurbished and were of an extremely high standard and spotlessly clean. We had a sea view which I would throughly recommend.
