The hotel was next to everything and it was also located near the waterfront so no need to walk up and down steep hills. It was a very short walk to Biosphera shopping centre and in the old town. The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble!!
Emma in the restaurant was just fantastic and there were plenty of sun beds at the poolside

A great place to holiday -
It is an ideal location for the beaches, walks,harbour ,restaurants etc. No steep hills to be climbed to get back to your accommodation. The beds had real sprung mattresses and were very easy to sleep on. The staff were very friendly and the apartment was cleaned every couple of days,including a sheet change.

We stayed for one week in the apartment. It is not far away from the beach, approx 7 min. Room was cleaned 5 times for 7 days that is great. Cheap & very cheerful describes the complex. Very friendly & efficient staff, the rooms were cleaned every weekday, towels changed every other day & beds changed twice weekly. Bar staff were fabulous & the snacks they served in the pool bar were excellent. Will definitely go again

Stayed here a few times before and will again. Great location close to everything. Great value for money also for the budget conscious. Has all the facilities one may need and is perfectly clean. Great location close to restaurants, beach, bars etc.... But a few streets back from main strip so not noisy in the evenings. Good size apartment, clean and with all facilities supplied. I have stayed before and will certainly stay again.

The hotel was overlooking the ocean and very close to town. It wasn't the Ritz, but it wasn't a hostel either. Nice that it had a mini kitchen and lanai. The pool and sun deck area were wonderful. I have to say it had the cleanest pool I have ever seen.

Miguel runs a very happy/jolly family business. He is always smiling and whistling and can not do enough for you. We had booked 3 x apartments all equally good. 5 minutes walk from the beach and the shops. The area is beautiful, all staff on the Island were very pleasant. All the staff at Villa Canaima were SO friendly and helpful, taking time to make sure we knew all the great things Lanzarote had to offer, even booking our rental car and cabs for us. They went out of their way to try and get hold of us to let us know we could stay past the standard 10am checkout time, which was super appreciated.

We liked almost everything. For the money you're paying you're getting excellent service. Basic but very clean. Cleaner was there almost every day, towels were changed every other day. Overall we had a nice stay once we got apartment sorted. Pool was nice
