De gehele ambiance was erg goed. Optimale service, prima eten, vriendelijk personeel, prima kamers, prima locatie direct aan zee. 's- avonds ruime keuze uit restaurants en allerlei prijsklasse op loopafstand. - gastvrijheid, klantvriendelijk en behulpzaam. kamer prima, alleen bedden/matrassen zijn aan vernieuwing toe.

Hotel is about 8 or 9 years old but looks brand new. Great pools (one for young children, one for adults). Great location in Puerto de Soller (but if your main interest is to go to beaches, I would recommend other locations like Cala D'or or Alcudia). Lovely clean hotel with helpfull staff, breakfast was great especially squeezing your own orange juice. Had a room facing the mountains, although not sea view the mountain view was great, really refreshing. The balcony was large so drinks in the evening was relaxing. Staff were great and very accommadating booking restaurants etc specially for the surrounding areas.
One street away from the beach and in a fairly quiet location.

This is a good basic hotel, but with luxurious location! The sea, the beach, the view are wonderful from the hotel, you can hop in the sea just like that. Best hotel that I have during my trip in mallorca. Excellent location
with 3 meters to the sea. The hotel upgrade the room for us for free.
Although there is no balcony, but I still think is quite nice, would

Reception staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English (as well as German due to the majority of guests being German!). The hotel meets all expectations. Don't expect a design-room, but the hotel is extremely clean and the breakfast buffet is much better than what is on offer in other Spanish hotels. What deserves mentioning is that the staff is very friendly, helpful and polite. The perfect hotel for a low-budget vacation and an ideal location to discover the west/north coast of Mallorca and it's mountains.

Our Family Room represented excellent value for money: the children slept in a separate sleeping area that could be closed off from the very large main room with master bed, TV, sofa etc, so we could stay up later without keeping them awake.
